Jolene M. Farish has been named executive director of Las Villas del Norte, an Integral Senior Living community in Escondido, CA.
Her primary responsibilities include managing the community’s day-to-day operations, providing oversight to various teams and working with the management company, Integral Senior Living. In addition, she will supervise and oversee hiring all department leads and staff.
Farish earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work from San Diego State University. She began her career as a social worker and was director of resident and family services at a 122-bed assisted living community for the memory-impaired, later moving into the executive director then senior executive director position of an assisted living home.
