Las Villas del Norte is excited to announce the opening of the Generations Transition Program. Our Generations Memory Care offers an industry-recognized program that focuses on residents’ individual needs for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. We offer compassionate care, therapy for the mind and body, comforting surroundings, and supportive services to each of our Memory Care residents.
The Transitions Program will offer our beginning-stage memory impairment residents an active, social setting with all of the same support of the Generations Memory Care program and safety of a secured environment. Our program is designed to provide an independent lifestyle for activities, dining and care services. This specialized program bridges our residents from assisted living to memory care.
